In general, we require a 100-300 hectares that can be developed into a township project. It should have good access to a major thoroughfare, tapping points to water and power lines. Documentation must be in order with the updated authority to sell, SPAs if applicable.
With regard to Quezon province area, our current requirements are properties that can be developed into ESTATE SITES that are accessible or have frontage along SLEX TR4 exits, Sariaya Bypass road or Quezon Eco-Tourism road. We require 100-300 hectares of consolidated land at a price that will make it financially feasible for us to develop. 1. ATS with stated asking average gross price and brokers commission
2. Outline of property on google map or google earth. If possible, send us a .kmz or .kml file.
3. Tabulation of consolidated parcels.
