Looking for: Raw Land for Residential Development

We are looking to explore properties in the provincial areas for economic housing development, with minimum land area of 30 hectares and an average price of P1,000 per square meter.
We require frontage or direct access to main roads (e.g. Mac Arthur Highway, Pan-Philippine Highway, Maharlika Highway, etc.), preferably with no or minimum backfilling requirement (i.e. no active rice field) and with nearby body of water that can be used for outfall.
Currently, we are looking in the areas of:
Tarlac – Concepcion (Santiago), Tarlac City
Pampanga – Angeles (Cuayan), Magalang (Sto. Rosario/La Paz), Mabalacat (Sapang Biabas)
Bulacan – Plaridel, San Rafael (Cruz na Daan), Pandi (Poblacion)
Cavite – Dasmarinas, Naic (Halang, Palangue, Timalan, Labac)
Laguna – Calamba (Palo Alto)
Batangas – Bauan/ San Pascual (along Bypass Road), Lipa (P. Torres), Tanauan (Sambat/Trapiche), Sto. Tomas (San Roque/ San Bartolome)
Iloilo – Pavia (Pagsanga-an/Anilao), Oton (Pakiad)
Cebu – Liloan (Catarman), Toledo (Dumlog/ Talavera), Balamban (Abucayan)
